During time production systems in company Information System have many customizations to handle all exceptions. Data flow between systems is customized, production systems are customized and reporting systems at the end look far different from implementation status. Everything changes tremendously during time and becomes more complex. With each new marketing product and innovation information systems grows more than planned.

After a while introduction of new product or service in information systems looks more like knitting a new string into lace. It is getting harder and harder to implement new stuff.
