Bridle of company changes

Companies are boiling pots of changes: new products, new processes, new organizations… It is more than hard to include all emerging changes in Information Systems simply because they happen too often and are not predictable. But off course it is not company fault trying to survive on very dynamic market that causes all the changes. 

In complex environment of very often changes Information Reporting System will always be late, behind business needs.

Worst mistake is to implement too many information requirements deep down to the level of production processes and production systems. Too many implementation will courrupt basic information system performances and functionalities. Different kind of approach is needed to bridle too often changes. That is to implement changes, information requirements, along the long way of company information flow.
