Decision is a made choice between options, alternatives.

“Decide – to arrive at a solution that ends uncertainty or dispute”

A high quality decision should come with guarantee but not of certain outcome but with a warranty that the used porocesses to arrive to a choice were good ones. Level of confidence implies a process.

Here are some strategic decisions thoughts:

1. Does Balance Scorecard presents processes?
2. Are decisions made upon Key Performance Indiciators from Dashboards implementable or not?
3. How many choices are presented to Decision Makers?
4. Are business alternatives or projections static (can not be changed) or they are dynamic and can provide fine tuning? In other words, do you have more or less choices?
5. Are your startegic decisions based upon Economic Value Add?
6. At the end, do you have process guarantee from Business Intelligence, who is the main supplier of information, for strategic decisions?
